1. What are the e-mail client software settings?(MS Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.)
POP3 server : mail.myxol.net
SMTP server : mail.myxol.net ( call tech. support @ 888-221-6704 if you have problems sending email )
Outgoing mail auth. : enable

2. How do I access my email from another computer?

3. I have a <cannot find server> message when I try to get online, what happened?
There are several things that could have happened. First, make sure that the unit is powered on. You should see 3 LED lights. The light on the left is the power LED ( remains constantly on ). The middle is the signal strength indicator. (blinks fast) The right LED light is the ethernet light, it will blink randomly. If the signal strength indicator is off then you might have a problem with your antenna connection and you should call us for an inspection. The ethernet light will blink only when it is connected to a IP device, such as a PC or a Router. Try to test the connection with your router if you have one. Refer to the router owner's manual on troubleshooting techniques or call your Network Administrator.
Try restarting to " power cycle" your computer, router, switches and wireless internet unit
Another thing you can do is try pinging the internet gateway. To do this open up < Command Prompt > ( refer to Windows Help on how to do that) . Then on the c:/ , type < ping 192.168.5.1 >. You should get some replys. If you get a " Request Timed Out", then you are either not signed on the network or you're not getting a wireless connection, and should call 888-221-6704 for help. If you install a new router or change PCs on a single connection you must restart the wireless unit provided by CG Communications.
