Tower Status
All Towers and Access Points are online.
If you do not have Internet service, please restart your radio equipment. To restart your radio equipment, locate your power adapter, and unplug the power cord for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plug it back in. Thank you!
Pictured below are examples of what the power adapter, also called POE injector, or power supply, for your radio equipment may look like. Please do NOT hold down the reset button as this will erase your radio’s configuration.
If you do not have any service, please restart your radio, router, and devices. Please check your basic connections (see the diagram below):
Your Power Adapter is plugged in and receiving power. There should be an indicator light. The light may be blue, white, or green.
Check that the POE port has a CAT5 cable that is going through the wall to the radio equipment that is outside.
Check that the LAN port has a CAT5 cable that is going to the Ethernet port on your computer.
Network Status:
Lockhart and Smithville access to the world is online and running optimally.
If you experience sluggish behavior, please test with a direct Ethernet connection to your LAN port of the radio’s power supply to rule out your router as a cause. Run a speed test from http://www.fast.com or http://speedtest.texas.rr.com and test your speeds. Visit our Support page at https://www.cgcomm.biz/support
There have been reports of Netgear routers slowing down. You may need to run a firmware update. Please visit http://netgear.com/support/ for further assistance.

Tower Maintenance Schedule
Access points on each tower are monitored on a daily basis. These access points are on a schedule for periodic and routine maintenance and updates. Please note that service(s) will be interrupted briefly between 2 AM and 4 AM in the mornings while all systems are tested and rebooted. You may experience drops and disconnections as needed on each tower and as we update servers and equipment throughout the day, and optimize the wired and wireless networks.
